Equipment we use
We install UNV, Dahua, Hikvision and Hanwha equipment, chosen for each job based on the site and what you need from it. We choose proven, well-supported gear over the cheapest option, because a system that keeps working is better value over its life.

CCTV Managed Care
Everything in Direct Alerts, plus Panther assesses notifications and runs weekly system checks. If we find an issue, we report it to you with a price to fix it, and nothing is done or charged without your approval. Best for owners who want a professional keeping an eye on their system.

Common questions
Can I see my cameras on my phone?
Yes. We set up viewing and alerts on your phone and show you how to use them at handover.
Can you work with my existing cameras?
Often, yes. We'll look at what you have and tell you honestly whether it's worth keeping, upgrading or replacing.
How much footage will be stored?
We recommend 30 days of recording. We work through what's right for your site in the consultation, and you choose the storage you need.
What happens if the internet or power goes out?
Recording continues on site while the recorder has power, but remote viewing and alerts need an internet connection. We recommend a surge-protected UPS (battery backup) for every system, with your internet equipment backed up too where possible, though it's always your choice.
Do you install wireless or battery cameras?
We don't install wireless or battery DIY cameras, because we don't consider them a professional solution. Our systems are professionally cabled. For remote sites without power or cabling, such as building sites, commercial yards, farms and gates, we supply standalone solar-powered camera towers built for the job.
What's the difference between Direct Alerts and Managed Care?
With Direct Alerts, notifications come to you and you decide what to do. With Managed Care, we also assess notifications and check the system weekly, and report any issue to you with a price to fix it.
